Aurora Health Care is one of the largest health networks in the country, and are located/headquartered out of Milwaukee, WI. When Aurora Health Care and Olson partnered together, the goal was to connect directly and more personally with the people they served.

For this rebrand, the team at Olson focused heavily on the people side of the business. So often in health care you only hear about the list of specialties, certifications, awards, credentials, and terms you have no idea how to pronounce. During our discovery, research, and strategy phase we found that these "patients" in fact wanted and needed to be treated like people. So that's what we did. We started with a people first strategy that spoke to people in terms and places they understood and connected. We wanted to highlight how they saw themselves outside of a clinic/hospital, as PEOPLE. 

 

The integrated campaign leaned into headlines that spoke in human truths, and real people's stories of their experiences told in real people's terms! Using print, digital, OOH, TV, and some custom/unique takeovers throughout the city to get the message out. 

 

This campaign resulted in positive feedback from the community, and contrinuted to double digit growth of Aurora's business in the following quarters.
